In a recent article Victoria & David Beckham explained how they find Los Angeles to be quite a spiritual and very positive place to live. They also went onto say that they had become devotees of healing crystals, with both of them keeping crystals in their separate bathrooms in their Californian home. Whilst David did not say what his crystal preferences were; Victoria did “We both like crystals, as in crystal energy. I have lots of pink quartz and black tourmaline in my bathroom”. They hope that the crystals will improve their health and boost their energy levels.
Crystals have been used for centuries for both their protective and healing powers. Many people like to wear them as amulets in jewellery, others like small stones that are portable and can been carried with them. For some like the Beckham’s they are placed in their houses.
